"Very friendly staff."
The location is perfect. The staff at the reception was very friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very nice! Not only foods but also the staffs at the restaurant.

"Perfect Weekend Getaway"
We had a great time on a weekend getaway from Frankfurt. Centrally located to Colmar Old-town and 95% of the attractions. Access was easy and parking was free (city lot about 500 meters away. Hotel has cute old world charm and a unique layout. Breakfast was well worth the 12eur/person, especially if you like lots of coffee refills (they are free). Front desk staff was friendly and their "take the canal boat ride first thing in the AM" was a good tip to beat the heat and long lines. The only down-side, the room decor was a wee-bit worn and the room smelled as if it had been closed up a long-time. We opened all the windows for an hour and aired the place out....problem solved. Also, one of our sinks was a slow drainer.

Hôtel Le Colombier

"Centrally located"
The hotel is ok overall. The room had some random hairs on the night table, which was a little yucky and initially off-putting, but it was overall pretty clean. We were on the first floor facing the street, so the room was a little noisy until the evening. The bathroom was large but dark whereas the room was small but ok for two people. The hotel is centrally located in a very small town, so everything is accessible. It's a lovely town to walk through.

"Would go back!"
Great location, friendly staff, good secure parking facilities (plenty of room for our estate) and large rooms. Only downside was slightly hard bed and room smelt slightly of smoke (left windows open, which helped!). Would def reccomend and not hesitate to stay again.

"Nice little hotel in centre of Ribeauville"
We stayed four nights. Check in was easy and room was available on arrival. We stayed in Room 2 and our friends next door. Our room was very large with two big windows over looking the town square and Hotel de Ville. The building itself is old and the floors in our room creaked like crazy but the bed was large and comfortable although much lower to the floor than in most hotels. Bathroom was quite large but shower didn't work properly but that was a small issue - we simply bathed in the deep tub. (Our friends had the same problem with their shower.) Hotel staff were very good, especially a quiet but very helpful lady by the name of Corinne. She made restaurant reservations for us on several occasions and provided excellent advice on good places to eat. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was perfectly fine. Breakfast room staff were hustling all the time so coffee cups were never empty. The Hotel has a small parking lot and will reserve space for you at the time of booking. I suggest you do that if you are driving as parking could be a nightmare in the old city. Hotel location was great for walking the city, dining in the evening or going out for a drink. The hotel has a spa and tennis court (at another location) but we used neither. The Hotel was very prompt in communicating by email in advance of our arrival, answering every question we had.

Hôtel de Bâle

"An old hotel with kind staff"
The first bathroom shower had a flimsy curtain partition which would leak water all over the floor and on out to the bedroom. The bathroom of the second room and night's stay was modernized, having an enclosed stall. The internet is severely weakened or non existent on the upper floors. The hotel staff are very accommodating and pleasant, such that we extended our stay.
Citotel Du Musee-gare - Mulhouse Hotels

Citotel Du Musee-gare

"Easy walking distance from station and town centre"
I visited Mulhouse for the rail museum and car museum. Centre of old town pleasant surprise in mainly industrial city. Museum in Hotel de Ville (town hall) good, but more info in English re town's history in view of its position where France, Switzerland and Germany meet would be helpful and interesting. Tram ticket machine options confusing even when English chosen! But got it sorted in the end. Short walk to tram stop to catch trams to both rail and car museums. 20 mins on tram to rail museum, trams every 15 mins on Sat but only half hourly on Sun so check times. The tram-trains to Thann also stop at the rail museum. More frequent trams to car museum although it's really not that far to walk. I booked Eurostar and TGV rail tickets - and the hotel - well in advance to get good prices.
