"The hot tub had a film floating on top of it, which made it incredibly off putting to get into. For coffee in the morning, the half and half packets were curdled and smelled like rotten eggs. Our room door was incredibly loose, my wife had to basically force the lock closed and even then it would move an unusual amount. Our bathroom door would get stuck, we thought we were actually locked in there at one point. The amount of hair that was not ours when we first arrived on the bed sheets and stains on the comforters was also disturbing, I felt unclean the entire time staying there. They didn’t provide hand soap for the bathrooms. At one point, our room key stopped working entirely, we were for less than 14 hours, I could not wait to leave. "

"First room the door was completely broken and wouldn't unlock. We got checked in at 1:30am and had to leave by 7:15am or I would have left after I stepped on a cockroach that had its own zip code. Sink wouldn't drain. Check in staff was friendly. "

"Nice enough for a one 0r two night stay. Still uses the old--fashioned metal key rather than electronic, so you have to make sure to physically lock the door. There are no handicap accessible rooms, and the toilets are undersized and hard to use if you have mobility issues. I could manage, but with some difficulty. It should be no issue for someone without mobility issues."

"No pool, no hot tub, snack machine was out of order, for an older motel the rooms were spacious and clean ive stayed there twice big comfortable beds, first room had a chair with an ottoman, second room had a very comfortable couch, I enjoyed my stay and will return there anytime im in Stephenville "

"The carpet in the room was disgusting, I did not walk around without shoes. There was mold in the bathroom, where the ceiling met the wall. The comforters had stains on them and the table and dresser did not look like they had been wiped down. The shower curtain was too short and water just poured out of the shower. The toilet seat had exposed wood and the toilet paper holders were broken, the paper fell off the first time I tried to use it. The microwave and bathtub were clean. "

"The hotel was not well cleaned. There was old sausage on the microwave and cigareette buds in the corner of the ac unit. It was not very clean overall and the pool was too cold to swim in."
