"I had change rooms twice the first room smell like weed the second room the heat wouldn’t work so they had to move me to another room and customer service was terrible"

"Small bathroom counters, sticky bathroom floor, rough edges on desk, only two towels of each type for two people. Most hotels give four of each. "

"I loved the staff. They were wonderful. However, the bed was like a brick and I didnt sleep all night. Need softer beds. and there were no towel racks in the bathroom by the shower or the sink for the large bath towels. "
