"Here is a polished English review: We had stayed at this hotel five times before, but this time we did not encounter the same friendly and helpful staff we had experienced during our previous stays. Although I explained the missing items and maintenance issues in our room, only one of them was fixed. The roller mechanisms of the room curtains were broken, so the curtains could not be opened or closed properly. In both of our rooms, the bathroom ceiling lights were flickering on and off. Housekeeping, which is done every three days, was not clean or detailed at all. Even though we reported the missing items in the room to the front desk, they were not provided. Unfortunately, I think we will no longer stay at this hotel, which we used to enjoy very much. I would also recommend that Expedia reconsider promoting this property, especially for the sake of its own reputation."
