"We travel to Harlingen all the time, and this was our first stay in this hotel. The location is great, close to dining options and the highway without being too noisy. Staff was super friendly even when we had some issues with the booking, I truly appreciated their help. Rooms need to be updated a little bit, but they were clean and very comfortable. Our room in particular had a broken oven (door was falling off) which wasn't an issue because we didn't have to use it, and when we pointed it...

"The room was nice and big. The only things were minor. Like the A/C worked but didn’t allow us to change it. One Stove top wasn’t working, bathroom lights flickering. But overall it was a very comfortable and big room. Had lots of utensils and pillows. "

The bath tub had cigarette burns all over it, the tub was cracked, and the faucet in the bathroom was covered in what looked like mold. I went to the front desk and she promptly changed my room and came and made sure it was clean with me. "
