"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had do not book. After I booked through Expedia I was told after checking in that that place had no water !!!! I’m not sure how they get away with being able to open while dealing with construction. They first told me that there was no hot water during the day. Then the next day when I went to shower there was no water period!!!!!! They were not apologetic, or hospital about it at all. I would definitely never come back here ever again. "

"Honestly, I stayed at this motel and it was way better than I expected. The room was clean and comfy, nothing fancy but just right. Check-in was super easy and the staff were pretty chill. It was also really quiet, so I got good rest. If you’re looking for a simple and affordable place, I’d definitely recommend it"

"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."
