« My bathroom toilet had mold in it. I asked for it to be cleaned while I was gone all day, came back and it was still moldy. Handrails going up stairs were sticky and dirty.. no shampoo or conditioner in shower… found a little bottle by the sink after I was already in shower. Couldn’t have been vacuumed very well as there was a needle used for diabetic use on the floor and there was white stuff on the floor also . Very disappointing for what I had to pay to stay there. Beds were not comfortable!! »

« The staff were polite but were totally overwhelmed. The outside and lobby area looked unkempt. There was no bedding or towels in our room and we were told they were a week behind on laundry.
