« Nice hotel for retreat. Sited in a nice location with great rooms. It’s a bit off the beaten track, but great if you like to exercise a bit of jogging or cycling to bring you to West Lake. Only problem is that they claimed to have terminated their co-operation with Expedia and did not receive my booking though I had a confirmation. So I wasted lots of time calling the customer support center to try to resolve, all the time making and taking calls from Singapore/Arizona etc. Hope Expedia...
