  • Nestled on a park, this historic house at full capacity has space for 20 and has recently been renovated with all the comforts of home. Only one block away from Spooky Nook and three blocks from downtown Hamilton there are plenty of restaurants and activities for the entire family while also only being a 20-minute drive from Miami University Oxford. This historic house will be a memorable and one-of-a-kind experience for the entire family.
    The space
    This beautiful historic house has onsite parking as well as street parking on both sides. The rooms are spacious and packed with amenities, such has blankets and TVs . The large room with bunk beds is the perfect place for the kids, or an entire sports team to relax and recharge for the upcoming day or tournament. The house also features two relaxing outdoor spaces, one on the side porch and another between the house and garage complete with rocking chairs, a grill, and a outdoor dining set.

    Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor space but not the unattached garage.

The property was beautiful very spacious and clean, literally walking distance to spooky Nook. I will definitely rent this property again. And the host was very attentive and polite.

We had the best time in this house. It was plenty of space for our group and the kitchen was well stocked for big dinners. The big porch was wonderful for winding down the day, while the girls enjoyed relaxing in the huge loft with a movie. The multiple washer/dryers were a huge plus. The host’s communication was great through the whole process. The neighborhood was really friendly, with easy places to walk to, especially if you were playing games at Spooky Nook. Would highly recommend for a team or big family.

Amazing house

We had a paintball tournament in the area and found this place for our large group. Amazing house with all the amenities and a huge patio. Will probably book this every year we come from now on.

We stayed at the Henry Jacoby House to celebrate Thanksgiving and my mom’s 90th birthday. It’s a beautiful house—clean, comfortable, and with everything you need. The bunk room is great if you have a bunch of kids, and the field across the street was ideal for those same kids to get some energy out. Zachary also responded quickly to any question. One note: there are a lot of stairs, so if you have anyone with any disabilities, please keep that in mind.
