« We had booked at this hotel for more than 2 months and arrived at the hotel we learned that they no longer had any rooms because they were overbooked (we were 5 people). They transferred us to another hotel (only 1 room for 4 people) and we had to negotiate for 2 hours to get an extra bed... never again this hotel. In addition, we were not able to reach Expedia via a telephone number... we were very disappointed with our stay. »

« They lost my reservation, and wouldn’t work with Expedia for the miscommunication. Something was wrong with their system… and Expedia is also to blame… We had to find our own way. Just terrible on both ends…. We paid for this month’s in advance. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here… its a gamble. »
