2. This vacation home is not to be used for irresponsible party gatherings. All special events (e.g., weddings) must receive prior approval from the host and owner before booking.

4. You and your group must thoroughly read, understand, and agree to our house rules.
5. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property and any additional cleaning costs if the property is left in a significantly unclean condition.
6. The host or owner reserves the right to request additional identification (e.g., government-issued ID) from the primary booker after the booking is made. You must agree to provide such identification upon request.
7. If the primary booker’s identification does not match the provided photo ID at check-in, the host or owner may deny entry. In such cases, the rental fee will not be refunded.
8. If any house rules are violated, the rental fee will not be refunded, and the group will be evicted immediately.

Very comfortable

Three generations were able to fully enjoy this Canada Day weekend at this conveniently situated comfortable home, not too far from downtown, but also far enough to be away from the noise at night, when everyone wants to sleep. Two complete kitchens, great washing and drying machines, two perfect showers, not too hot in the summer... As well, Neno's pizza (20m away) rocks!

Kitchen facilities lacking and dirty dishes. Floors very dirty when we arrived. Had to sweep them. Also black mold in the upstairs bathroom. No sheets on the bed. For the amount per night it’s a rip off.

When arriving at the house, we werent sure if we had the correct location because it looked abandon with a “for sale” The backyard porch didnt look solid, tall weeds all around the house. Theres no where to sit outside. Front porch was filthy dirt. It doesnt sleep 8… it has 3 double beds with okay mattresses and a very small futon. The tv was in an upstairs bedroom, not sure if it works The kitchen was poorly equipped, not even a bowl to make a salad Only good things were washing machine and shower. Blinds in the bedrooms barely block the sun, we had to add towels to hide the morning light. No furniture in the bedrooms, so we had to leave our luggage on the floor :-( Unfortunately this is the first rental that I would not recommend to anyone ! We should have paid more attention to the reviews, because it definitely wasnt worth 1800. $ for 3 nights

Good location & clean

The location was great and allowed us to easily access everything that we wanted to see and do. The interior was clean but not overly well stocked with essentials. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the exterior of the property as well, but that was not possible because of its current lack of maintenance.

The property is conveniently located and we were provided what we expected.However there are few things I want to highlight 1. ⁠most of the doors (including the upper bath room door) was not getting locked. 2. No dishwasher 3. Bed in the the TV room on upper floor is uncomfortable to sleep.

Affordable but needs some TLC

The good:- location- owner was generally responsive to our queries and did work to rectify some concerns, however was unresponsive when I asked for discount due to concerns (see below)- lots of hot water The bad: - the until needs some general repairs and TLC: back door doesn't fully open, front veranda needs to be washed to allow use, main floor bathroom needs a deep clean, bathtub stopper not working and very dirty (we fixed it ourself while there)- not enough dish towels and dishcloths (was rectified by owner during our stay)- utensils were dirty - temperature on the upper floor is very slow to adjust - lack of extra blankets to keep four beds warm at night - lack of upper sheet on all beds- some portions of the unit were very dirty like the top of the fridges - lack of BBQ- no single sitting/TV room for groups larger than 2 people- Roku streaming device on main floor not working (had to buy an HDMI cable and use our laptop to stream/watch TV)Would not stay again unless above issues are addressed.
