This popular ground-floor master bedroom offers a spacious, private retreat with breathtaking ocean views. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a serene pond adorned with water hyacinths and purple lilies. During your visit, the Lotus Room may not have its usual pond view as we rejuvenate our beautiful pond.

Open the sliding glass doors to a generous deck for sunning and meditating. Enjoy privacy indoors and outdoors with your own lounge and dining area. The room features a queen-sized bamboo bed, two cozy chairs, and a private bathroom with a separate shower. A large in-room closet keeps your belongings organized.

For those working from paradise, a dedicated workspace with high-speed fiber-optic internet and a coffee machine in the kitchen is provided. The room is elegantly decorated in soft moss green with energy-efficient curtains for privacy and restful sleep. Sacred decorations and sandstone art add spirituality to the ambiance.

For adventurers, our moderately challenging ocean trail offers wild beauty and occasional visits from dolphins and turtles. Prepare with hiking shoes, snacks, and water bottles. In winter, spot whales breaching from trail viewpoints or even your bed.

Living off the grid in a sustainable jungle, friendly critters are part of life. Small geckos may be seen, and we emphasize sealing uneaten food to avoid ants. **About Our Location:**
Situated on Maui's North Shore, experience exquisite sunrises over the ocean! Off-grid living is just 40 minutes northeast of Kahului airport and 30 minutes from Paia, an iconic beach town with restaurants, boutiques, a health-food grocery store, internet cafés, a bank/ATM, a post office, and lovely sandy beaches. We are the ideal starting point for “The Road to Hana” and offer an authentic local living experience.
