"We've stayed at the Campus hotel previously and it's our hotel of choice for short trips to Hagen. This time we had to use the late check in facility, which was straightforward. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet excellence, as is the brot cafe on the premises. Next door is a good restaurant (Landhaus Tomas) for an evening meal. Last, but certainly not least, the staff here are welcoming and helpful."
"Only stayed for one night, as we (wife, kids (2&5) and myself) was driving through Germany on way home from vacation. We where pleasantly surprised by how modern, cozy and clean the room was. We had a good night's sleep, liked everything and concluded or stay with an extremely nice and broad breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel!"

Great hotel
"When we arrived we had been allocated a different room to the one we booked. It seems this was due to miscommunication from Expedia to the hotel itself. However the staff on the desk were very helpful and resolved the problem within a few minutes. Rooms are spacious and the small kitchette is a huge bonus. "
