Like most cruises they nickel and dime you death. Access to water and coffee at no charge would have been nice to have given the cost of the cruise. The beds are hard as a rock and uncomfortable and the deck chairs lack cushions. With all this said, the crew are great and Halong Bay is one the most spectacular sights on the planet.
