"Well, located right on the beach near the elevator, which was the biggest plus to this hotel. Otherwise, it was just fair. The hotel itself is a bit rundown and not well taken care of. The staff is of a lower level and not professional or responsive. I was given wrong directions to the room frustrating especially since I was lugging luggage with me. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to care Breakfast was good though. "

"The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. When there was a need for something, they jumped on it immediately. I had an issue with the hot water on my initial room. They immediately addressed it. I also very much enjoyed the breakfast. It was more than ample. Yehoshua The general manager also went out of his way to help in anyway that he could it was very concerned that my stay was a good one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area."
