Great stay!

The property looked at advertised in the posting and pics. We had 8 family members 20 yo and up. Enjoyed the quietness of the area and the close proximity to the beach. The balcony was great in the evenings too.

I came with a group of my son’s HS Senior friends. The house and location was great, away from the business of Gulf Shores, basically had the beach to ourselves, and the home had all the things needed to keep a group of high school boys entertained and not wanting to go anywhere else which I loved!!!

Nice stat needs updating

Loved having beach toys there. Location was great. Super beach access. There were dirty towels left in a closet. The dryer took 3 cycles to get clothes dry need New dryer.

Beautiful house on the beach

What a beautiful house right on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook, the bathrooms were also stocked well. The beds were comfortable and well placed. I was there with 5 of my friends on a girls getaway in October. Just a great place to stay!!

Beautifully furnished and decorated beach home!

We were quite pleased with how up to date and modern everything was. Equipped with everything we needed and the outdoor furniture (including a swing!) was very high quality. Love the split floor plan and that the two “main” bedrooms have sliding doors that lead to the deck with an amazing beach view. My only issue was the property description in the listing said QUEEN bed in each of the two main bedrooms; they actually seem to be double, not queen beds. We didn’t actually measure…….but the bed was too small for my husband and I to be able to share and I ended up sleeping in one of the other bedrooms. Thank goodness there were plenty of beds to choose from!

Great house and location

The house was just as described in the listing. Great location. We’ve stayed in several homes in Fort Morgan and this one is one of our favorites! We would definitely rent again. We had 6 adults which is plenty for the size of the house.

Our overall stay was wonderful!!!!! We had so much fun and the house was great. The only thing was that the beds were listed as "Queens" and they were not. I have a queen bed at home and these beds were smaller.

Loved the house! Did NOT love the management company

I want to start by saying that this review in no way has anything to do with the property itself or the owners of the house. The house itself was wonderful. It was very nicely updated and renovated. The kitchen is spacious and the house had everything that was needed for the entire trip. The day of check-in we arrived to the house right at 4pm like the directions stated. When we walked in there was a large garbage bag on one of the couches with sheets. The sheets smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. No bed was made, and pillows were all over the floors in the bedrooms. We immediately notified vacasa who stated they would send over the manager. The manager came and she was very polite and apologized but did not have sheets to replace the ones in the garbage bags. She left and returned with more sheets in a garbage bag that also smelled of smoke. We decided at that point because it was getting later in the night that we would wash all the sheets ourselves and make up the beds. There was also noted to be food on the baseboards from the previous guest that had not been cleaned. The main complaint was the temperature in the house never got below 80 degrees even at night. Maintenance came and said everything was fine. Vacasa did not try to help in the situation at all. We would rent the house again but only under different management.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Great location, right on the beach, super cute house, great view, very clean, quiet yet only 20 minutes from Gulf Shores, golf, fun places to eat, Fort Morgan tour, hiking trails, Navy Jets flew over one day. Kitchen is fully stocked but provide your own soaps, trash bags, paper supplies, hair dryer and beach towels. Will definitely go back!

Beautiful beach & view, but short on necessities

We loved the house--there was plenty of space for our family of 8 adults. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the privacy of being further down the peninsula. The only negative was that it wasn't made clear that the owners only provided a "starter kit" for things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. There also wasn't any coffee filters or napkins. If we had known ahead of time, we would have purchased these with the groceries we picked up before check in. We ended up having to make a special trip back to town to get enough to make it through our stay.

Beautiful beach home just steps from the beach

Beautiful beach home, clean and comfortable. There were 8 of us and their was plenty of room for all of us. Great furniture on the deck for morning coffee and evening sunset viewing. Extra beach toys and floats available for use.

Got it all!

We had a fabulous time staying at this property. It was very clean and had everything you need. We enjoyed using the beach toys provided as well. It’s a quiet location and was a very peaceful, relaxing trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family get away

The location can’t be beat for a family vacation. Feet from the beach with incredible views, yet still feeling private. Beach toys at the house really made for hours of fun. The whole family loved it.
