    Welcome to the penthouse level of Island Royale, with beautiful views of Gulf Shores' sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico from your furnished balcony! Enjoy relaxing in this spacious condo with modern coastal decor and an updated full-size kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! You will also enjoy Island Royale's shared amenities like a swim-thru indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and a fitness room!



    Island Royale is just a mile and a half down West Beach Boulevard with direct Gulf views and beach access. When you aren't cooling off in the condo pool, grab a bite to eat at the famous Hangout of Gulf Shores, less than a mile away, and enjoy delicious food, live bands, and their fun gift shop! You can also spend your days at Waterville USA, and enjoy the amusement park with mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and a seasonal water park with exciting slides and rides.

Beautiful!

We had a great stay, the patio was perfect for am coffee and pm wine. Everyone was helpful, the pool and hot tubs were great. Great place!

This was a great property, easy to get in and out of and a great location. The views were beautiful and everything in the condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Family Fun in the Sun

Excellent property for a group of 10 family members. This property is close in to shops, restaurants etc. Close to the beach as well as beach rental booth. We all enjoyed our time together!

The view was phenomenal! The condo had everything we needed. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. We REALLY didn't want to leave!

Great stay

We have been going to Gulf Shores for several years now. We loved how close we were to places, walked almost everywhere. Kids used the pool sone instead of the beac and loved it. Views were awesome. Would definitely stay there again

Ocean view with plenty of room

This condo is in a great location right on the beach. Watch the ocean from the balcony, or a quick elevator trip and you’re on the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and plenty of other options. Great floor plan to accommodate a large family or multiple families.

Beautiful view

It was a beautiful stay. The view was great. The balcony’s were great. The condo was clean and easy to use. A bit smaller than we expected but it was homey and it worked out great for my family. The parking in the garage was an unexpected plus! I would recommend to anyone.

The condo was roomy. It was nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. The balcony was large and the furniture was nice. The condo was not as clean as it should had been.

Unclean, but a good stay anyway

Property wasn't cleaned well at all. There was even still food on the dishes and utensils. The beds are like rock slabs. Beautiful view, though. Close to amenities. We had a great stay despite the cleanliness.

Wonderful stay

We had 5 adults and 4 children under 10 years old and this condo was great. Fit our needs perfectly. Location is in our favorite part of gulf shores. Renovations ongoing around pool area but was able to swim and use hot tub. No elevator delays at all. Overall wonderful stay at this condo and complex. Will look forward to returning soon!

Easy beach access and great view

While the interior is getting out dated, we weren’t there for the indoors. Excellent beach access and easy walking distance to restaurants. Only complaint about the place was the very noisy and uncomfortable queen bed. They should replace that, but everything else was ok.
