June Family vacation

The Property we rented was very nice. the ability to get to it was an Issue. I was told that the elevator was not working but that by the time I got there it should be fixed. this did not happen, and I am a disabled Veteran who has issues climbing stairs. I was very disappointed and do not feel anyone should have to go a hole week climbing up and down to enjoy their vacation. I was not able to enjoy the beach and was only able to go fishing (38.00) for a license, one day. I have had other places that had an elevator go out and was fixed in just one day. I really don't believe, after talking to other tenets that this was a onetime problem. I think you may just put it off. Not happy witrh my stay!!

Beach Condo

The property was filthy; hair on showe walls, trash on porch, dishes in the dishwasher, sand on floors, ect. upon our arrival, I notified the property owner, who wanted to send someone to the condo at 9 pm to clean, we declined as I had a already cleaned and we have small children who would be asleep. The lock batteries died on Monday morning the owner said she would send someone to fixe it "probably the next morning " he showed up on Thursday, luckily my husband was able to fix it or we would have been without a lock that whole time. The parking is terrible, assigned spots are very small. We will not go back or recommend to anyone else

Visit May 31- June 4 2021

We had a wonderful visit at Gulf Shores! The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, lots of kitchen supplies, and very clean. Plus it was located right on the beach. We heard from Miss Angie on arrival and before leaving. Her communication towards us was 5 plus! The home was perfect. Thanks for a fun summer vacation.

Everything was as advertised!

The condo was everything we expected. It was clean, well organized, and well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking and serving items needed. We appreciated that there was not a list of "DON'Ts" but rather a helpful list of "This will make your stay easier." Angie, the property owner, was very nice, helpful and easy to work with both before and during our stay. We really felt like she and her husband wanted us to enjoy their property. We enjoyed the area, The beach was lovely. The deck was a very nice place to sit. Thank you Angie for everything, We would rent from you again!! Gwyn

Cute on the inside...but not a great property

Positives: cute and clean condo on the inside, great/easy beach access (we spent our free time on the beach), the owner is really nice and great to communicate with and on top of everything, price was great. Negatives: not the best location, the actual property felt a little dirty, we didn't swim in the pool and the elevator is gross--but you can easily use the stairs with this condo. Other guests at the property were very loud and kept us up at night with music and walking in the hallways one night. It was our first time in the area. If we come down again, I would look into Orange Beach.

Not clean

Very crowded location, this is no fault of the owner and I should’ve looked into it more. The pool is tiny and filthy. The hallways and elevator smells dank and smoky. The condo was updated but not very clean. It’s smaller than it appears.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Great accommodations. Right on the beach were we spent a lot of time. Cooked most our meals in the kitchen. The place wasn’t missing anything we needed.

Best Rental Experience Ever!

The only thing that I could find wrong with our stay was there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The location was great, It was completely spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We will be going back soon.

Beach Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone in our group. We were so close to the beach. Angie has stocked the condo with everything needed to have a wonderful day on the beach - beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, and sand toys. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner several nights. Everything we needed was found in the kitchen. I was worried about parking after reading other reviews from guests staying at the Sundial. We had two vehicles. One parked in the assigned spot and the other parked in the visitor parking across from the elevator which was perfect for my husband who has mobility issues. We will be back soon!

Perfect spot for our family of 6

Beautiful condo directly on the beach. We loved the fact that there were only 2 flights of stairs and your toes were in the sand. Checkin was simple with no issues. Loved that the unit has a keypad that is reset for each new renter. A/C worked wonderfully. The unit was sparkling clean with all of the essentials you would need. We cooked in a few times and had everything we needed. The Waves store directly across the street was SUPER handy. It had pretty much everything you may need in a pinch (beer/ice/snacks/sunscreen..etc). The beach was also very nice and clean. Didn't really use the pool but it was cleaned daily and kept up nicely. The only real issue I would say is parking.. the spots are super tight and really not made for 2 cars to be parked between the posts. You literally can't get out of your car if you park within the lines. Luckily the spot next to us was empty for most of the week. I would absolutely recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Angie's place. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond. We got married during our stay and Angie was very kind to allow us to use her place for a family dinner to celebrate. Her place was the perfect back drop for our "reception" pictures since it is so beautiful. The place is stocked with everything from irons, hair dryers, games and beach toys. I wish I would have known how well it was stocked so I could have saved a little packing. The beds were comfy, the view was amazing and the location was great. Only downfall is the tiny parking spot which I know the owners can't help.

Perfection!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this little piece of paradise! Angie, the property owner, now feels like a friend. Like I've always known her. She is AMAZING!!! This condo was so hard to leave. Perfect location. Very, nicely furnished. She has thought of everything! Beach chairs, sand toys, pool noodles, crock pots, box fans, electric griddle, beach wagon, etc. Just steps from the beach or pool. We watched dolphins 4 mornings from the balcony. The pier was a short drive, and we watched a sea turtle in all its beauty! The ice cream shop across the street was a treat. This family will definitely mark this as a favorite.

March 25-30th 2019 stay

We stayed in this condo and had the best week. It was perfect for our group of 6. The decor was fabulous. Clean, organized, plenty of room and everything that you’d ever need was available. The parking spaces are tight, which is no fault of the owner but be aware if you are driving a large vehicle. Also the elevator quit working one day but was back up and running the next day. Again, no fault of the owner. Great proximity to everything and love having a pool right on the beach. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful vacation

This condo is immaculate! It’s upgraded and clean. The decor is spot on, and way nicer than any place we’ve stayed before. The view is fantastic and perfect for our morning coffee. They thought of everything that you may have forgotten, from beach wagons and umbrellas to bandaids and hair ties. The beds were super comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. I loved being able to load up a beach wagon, go downstairs, and walk right onto the beach. The condo is also super close to everything in gulf shores. Communication was great and Angie is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Very pretty condo and great location

Enjoyed our stay Condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable. View of gulf right from windows and balcony. Broad walk to beach was great. It was too cool to use pool but looked inviting Location was perfect for us. Close to everything but not right in congestion. Beach house restaurant across street has very good food. The only problem we had was our parking spot was narrow as we were in suv but there are visitor spots to use Kitchen had everything to cook but we ate out since we were out a lot and so many restaurants to try. Was nice having washer and dryer right in unit. Wish the weather would have been a little better-foggy and windy. Still better than cold and snow. Angie was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
