« We chose this location due to its beach access and proximity to restaurants, stores, and family activities. The property provided everything we needed, from spacious rooms, bathrooms for everyone, beautiful beach steps away, and a pool for late night swimming. « The stay was great but they didnt have a washer and dryer in the unit as in the others we have stayed at, but they did have a laundry room where it was $1.50 to wash/dry. Also, we had a good sized float for our daughter that we sat outside the door for a little while and it came up missing. When asked about it in the office they said they did not have cameras outside for surveillance which was odd to think there is no security for the stairwells or the walkways for the unit entrys. « It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas. »

« This place is amazing looking just like the pictures. In walking distance to lots of restaurants but then away from the hustle and the bustle of the night life for a quiet nights. Beach was right there and absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely will be back !! »

« Really great location and property. Pool for kids was great. Super close to the beach. Room was clean and easy to settle into. The main issue we ran into was the lack of complete elevator access in the first tower. Only two of three were working at any one time. When checkout at 10a rolled around, elevators were packed! Cleaners were also using the elevators (to tightly do their job!), but they had no utility elevator for them. So, ask for a late checkout if you do stay in tower 1 »

« Over as this place was great! I was there with a group of 5. We really appreciated the amenities (pool, sauna, coffee bar and restaurant/bar). The place was clean and beds pretty comfy for what they are (*trundle and sofa bed). Some minor things would have made this stay even better. We were aware there would be no condiments, coffee filters, cooking oil. However, those minor things would have been small details to create convenience. Nonetheless, I’d for sure stay again! »

« Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch. « Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. Cons: Housekeeping only cleaned up once during our 5 day trip. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly…The breakfast options were not great and they...
