They was having problems with key cards so we had to keep getting let into our room, but that's suppose to be fixed soon they said... they let us check in couple hours early though which was nice because we couldn't find any beach parking. Within walking distance of beach, shops, tour boats. Nice modern/ updated rooms. Clean. "

"We went for fiesta week and the opportunities for entertainment were wonderful and services available. We utilize them all. my daughter were on a mother-daughter trip. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Contessa again"

"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."
