« Nous avions convenu avec hôtels.com et la réception de partir une nuit plus tôt sans qu’elle ceux-ci nous facturent. Nous avons même une preuve par e-mail. Lors de notre départ on nous a menacer d’appeler la police si nous ne payons pas cette nuit alors que nous avons une preuve écrite qu’elle ne serait pas facturée ! C’est tellement malhonnête, le personnel est désagréable en plus de tout ça ! »

The hotel is almost adjacent to the city's music theater, close to great dining options and only a 20 minute walk (uphill) to the medieval fortress Sparrenburg which is absolutely worth a visit and offers great views over Bielefeld and its surroundings. »
