Lots of restaurants and bars close by in the safe neighborhood. Shared rooftop with an excellent view of the city. Fast consistent internet for remote workers. The building is less than a year old I think (as of October 2023). The apartment is on the fourth floor. You get a key card to operate the building entrance and the elevator.
