"Pricey but not overpriced. Historic but not geriatric. Beautiful, well-kept property that makes for a pleasant getaway. I suspect there was some short staffing issues, but nothing that upset our trip. Our expert bartender knew how to mix a very nice Hugo Spritz, most likely an unusual order in that area. It was greatly appreciated."

The three story cabin is cozy yet spacious, fully stocked, and sits right on a stunning lake. We spent our days fishing (and grilling our catch!), canoeing, kayaking, hiking nearby trails, and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Phil and Cheryl were outstanding hosts, warm, responsive, and generous with their home and gear. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing yet adventure filled family getaway.
