« The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home.We'll return if we get a chance! »

« The place is outdated, it feels like a grammas room. Kind of god weirded out by all the old furniture. The host was also on site, I could hear her voice in the stairs hallway. The location is not bad but it’s also not super close to the beach. Overall I don’t think I got my moneys worth. For the price I wish I would have stayed in an actual hotel or motel. »

« It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected...

« Hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to respond. Kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you would need or want. Clearly they put a lot of thought into what you might need or have forgotten. Love that they provide lots of beach equipment so you don't have to bring your own. The game room is a fun addition to your hang time at the house. Be mindful of steep stairs if you have little ones or older family members. »

« The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set. »

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, l’hôtel est propre, net et bien mis en scène à l’extérieur (on se croirait presque dans un hôtel Disneyland tant les décors sont poussés et abusés) et à la réception. A l’intérieur des chambres c’est une toute autre histoire: c’est vieux, c’est sale (taches sur les rideaux, la moquette, le linge de toilette; poils dans la salle de bain), abîmé (les murs et le mobilier sont éraflés) et surtout vous aurez le plaisir de dormir avec un bruit fort et...

« Globalement l’hôtel est bien situé avec les standards Hampton que nous connaissons. Malheureusement notre première nuit a été horrible. Notre chambre donnait à côté d’un local avec un bruit constant. La literie était horrible et la douche tres tiède pour décembre. Heureusement le lendemain Angel à la réception nous a changé de chambre et tout à été réglé très rapidement. Merci beaucoup Angel . »

« L hotel est sympathique. Mais le canapé lit pas confortable du tout. Le matelas est trop mince. La salle de bain trop exigue. Mais l hotel a du potentiel. Nous voulions aller a la piscine mais trop de monde, impossible. Et trop bruyant. Mais ce n est pas la faute de l hôtel. Beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner »

« Séjour d'une nuit, de passage dans la région. Rien à dire, moderne, propre et accueillant. En revanche, loin de PISMO BEACH, il faut prendre la voiture. Je recommande! »
