« Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning. »

« The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties. »

« L'appartement était extraordinaire, très spacieux et convivial. Il est très bien situé dans Dtla et la terrasse sur le toit est juste wow! La piscine n'est pas chauffée alors ce n'est pas pour les frileux en hiver! Le principal bémol est le sofa lit, qui n'est pas confortable. Pratique pour les enfants ou ceux qui veulent une excuse pour prendre rendez-vous chez le chiro. Sinon Alina a été très rapide pour répondre à nos besoins et ça paraît qu'elle a mis de l'amour dans ce petit bijou...

« Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well. »

« They contacted me at 3 to tell me I could check in. The place was supposed to be ready by then but there was no updated notice until the last minute. The unit was dusty or grimy throughout. Needs a good scrubbing. There was one window which did not open. And it was next to impossible to get the blackout shade to open. « The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place »

« This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend. »

« Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. »
