Property Summary: The Reggine vinyard is a renovated 18th-century property that offers a cozy vacation rental surrounded by meadows and fields. Located just 3 kilometers from the center of Panzano and 10 kilometers from the center of Greve in Chianti, this secluded property boasts an elevated position with stunning views of the countryside. You can enjoy amenities such as a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan.  
  
Outdoors: The Reggine vinyard features a shared property with a lawn, orchard, and a seasonal swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters. Outdoor amenities include a shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Pool maintenance is provided by the owner/gardener.  
  
Other Information: Access to the property is via motor (2.4 kilometers via unmade road), and parking is available on the premises. The owner uses some rooms in the house, and all houses/apartments on the property are individually designed and furnished. Baby equipment is included, and groups of teenagers are allowed on request only. Don't forget to inquire about the local sale of farm products during your stay!

You will be staying in Reggine, a 5-room house located on the first floor, perfect for up to 8 adults. The living room features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV for entertainment. There are two double bedrooms and two rooms, each with 2 beds (80 cm) to accommodate guests. The floors are made of natural stone, giving the house a unique touch.  
  
Amenities Included  
Reggine offers a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. The terrace is roofed and has terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities like a washing machine, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to 2-year-olds are available. You can stay connected with free Wi-Fi and have access to a reserved parking space for 4 cars.

Reggine is a vacation home that has been renovated and furnished in a rustic and cosy style, making it perfect for those who want to unwind in a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying the beautiful panoramic views of the countryside. Please note that the house is suitable for families only, and smoking is prohibited. You can bring along a maximum of 1 pet or dog. The house has a private entrance, and there are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site, except for local tax. The rental fee includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and all energy costs, although gas heating is available at an extra cost.
