« Cet établissement est particulièrement désuet et dans un état de décrépitude général avancé : escaliers extérieurs dont la carcasse en fer est totalement rouillée et par endroits ne tient que par un seul montant, chambre intérieure non nettoyée de ses toiles d'araignées un peu partout, électricité limite ou les prises murales s'enfoncent avec le mur lors de leur utilisation et variations de la luminosité dues a des baisses de tension, chambre généralement dans un style et mobilier totalement...
