"My room was good and the air conditioning worked well, but the bathroom faucet was dripping. I reported it to the front desk, but maintenance never fixed it. The staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast was good and fresh."

"For the price there is way better just across the street. Breakfast is a hassle. You take a voucher to a cafe that’s in a completely different parking lot. Microwave stopped working. My room had not been cleaned at all from the last tenant. Won’t be staying here again for damn sure"

The pillows are too thin for my liking. The tub looked nasty. I know they are renovating but the room looked like it was already renovated. The toilet paper holder was loose and kept moving. "

"I booked this room through Expedia.com. Upon arrival I was told there was no room available. I asked why and was told their computer system overbooked the hotel and since I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could or would do. We had to go to another town to get a room. Later when I called and complained to Expedia a representative called the Super 8. When she returned to me she said she was told that the Super 8 had a water heater failure and it affected a section of the building. Sounds to me Super 8 is lying about something. What I want to know is whether Expedia will do anything about a booking through their website that leaves travelers stranded. "
