"It was great"

"Hotel looks nothing like in pictures and was very dirty. The walls and all furniture were painted black with one dim lamp in the room. The floors, walls and entire bathroom was filthy. The hotel shuttle never showed up where they said they were meeting us as it states on their website. We waited for over 2 hours and finally took an uber. The staff were more interested in their phones than guests. They were always on their phone. Tv was not plugged in and mold on walls. The one we did like was the pool area, we stayed outside as much as possible. Food was horrible and drinks (water, juice) were served in open pitchers. I would never recommend this hotel. We would have walked away but since we booked through Expedia, we would not get refunded. "

"Our experience at the 33rd St location was mixed. On the positive side, the staff here was helpful, respectful, and much more professional compared to the other location. They were willing to assist and communicate, which we appreciated. However, the condition of the property did not meet basic expectations. The rooms were in very poor condition, with cleanliness issues that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the customer service and location was good, the lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness is a serious problem. Because of this, I would not stay at this l hotel."

"There was a credit card breach of my and another member of my party. My credit card was only used at the hotel facility. However, after leaving Miami there were several attempts to use my credit card. These were detected and stopped by my bank’s fraud alert"
