"The property was great and very peaceful. Saw lots of wildlife and caught lots of fish from shore. The grill was brand new and it cooked up some great steaks. We took some morning walks with our Golden Retriever and all the neighbors loved her and she loved all the attention she got from them as well. There is a little mom and pop store in Posen called ETs that served up some good Hudsonville ice cream on a sugar cone. They also sell bait. Next time I’ll make sure to bring a good book to read because there is no phone service if you have Verizon. I had to drive down to the end of the road to make a phone call. Not a big deal too me but some people can’t live without phone now a days. Overall it was a good time and I would definitely go back and do some fishing in the lake."

"Would not recommend staying here in the summer. I knew there was no air conditioning in the listing but thought being on the lake, at night, with the windows open, it wouldn't be a problem. The problem is, the bedroom windows were sealed shut, and it was 78-80 degrees in the house even with the patio doors open. I politely asked the owners if they could turn the air on (there are units) and the reply was a sarcastic response about how I didn't read the listing. Speaking of the listing, the photos are deceptive. The lake looks more like a swamp right now, and the photos conveniently left out all the deer and antlers on the walls. Also, 4 towels for three people for four nights was inconvenient. The listing says one of the bedrooms had two queens, which isn't the case.Over all, good price but didn't know we'd be sweltering all night without the windows opening."

"This little gem of a cabin was perfect for our family get away.Super clean, very spacious and comfort all around.The little town of Atlanta had everything we needed, the location offered lots to do with little travel time and the pleasant host Pat made our trip an awesome time.Thank you!"

"It’s a beautiful large cabin, we have a large family from newborns to great grandparents and it was wonderful for all. The house & kitchen is very well stocked with almost everything you would need . I was very impressed. Anytime I messaged the host he replied immediately! Highly recommend this house for large families!"
