"It was nice and clean, the check in was fast The only problem is that we had to Waite more than an hour for the hotel shuttle from DFW to arrive."

"I was very impressed by the state of the art systems in place at this hotel. From the Valet parking to the front desk to the amenities in the rooms. Very nice. When we arrived at our room we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco chilling and a lovely selection of macaroons along with the sweetest note from Jaden at the front desk congratulating us on 29 years of marriage along with 2 tokens for a complimentary drink from the bar. We then got the privilege of enjoying the Prohibition Vibes at The Magnum Speak Easy. In the interest of maintaining the mystique of this amenity I won’t go into details except to say it’s well worth the experience. Afterwards we enjoyed food from the Harvest hall. The choices are almost overwhelming but we managed. The live music outside was very entertaining also. The room was so comfortable and well apportioned. I slept fitful. The checkout was efficient and quick. The valet was very warm and friendly. We can’t wait to return and will be singing the praises of the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay"

"This is an older HI which hasn't been renovated, at least not recently. It's clean and staff is helpful. The airport shuttle to DFW runs until noon, then takes a break for a few hours. On the plus side the rooms a big and it's easy to find room for a suitcase. Breakfast was good = as expected for HIE."

"Resort is great, friendly staff, clean rooms, water park is great, everything that you need is there. I like the most that it was not carpet in the rooms. Clean pools a lot fun stuff to do. Silent music Zumba class by the pools Relax time by the lobby. Kids enjoyed every minute there."

"We had a cancellation of our flight leaving Dallas. We chose this hotel for the location. The price was outrageous but we were desperate. The restaurant stays open until 11 pm. We had buffalo wings and flatbread pizzas. They were excellent. Also service was great too."

"I booked the hotel based on a quick overnight in the Dallas area near the airport. The hotel was an average condition. My biggest issue was the smell of the room. It had a very powerful odor. Overall, cleanliness was OK. But I don’t think I would stay here again given a choice."

"They had a scheduled power outage from 11pm - 6am in the morning that they informed us about when checking in to the room. No time to get another hotel they were all booked. So had no choice but to stay there. Next day checkout, no compensation at all for the horrible night without any power and no A/C in a hotel room. Gets pretty still and hot in them fast. Not even Hilton honor points to my account. At least something would have been nice. $50 off next stay or anything. Still haven’t heard from any supervisor or manager like the front desk staff said they would do. So yeah, pretty terrible stay. Other than that the hotel is usually fine."
