It includes: an entrance hall, a living/dining room opening onto a balcony with a view of the harbor, a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, washing machine), a bedroom with two single beds (80cm) pushed together (duvets), a bedroom with two single beds (80cm) pushed together (duvets) with a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A baby crib is available.  
Free public parking is available at the foot of the building.
