"It’s a Quality inn. It’s definitely different but the bed are on wheels on hardwood floor and moves away from the headboard easily. Rooms smells musty. Overall they were clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Staff was friendly. The bar/restaurant in there was nice and the bartender was also very friendly! "

However.....upon checking into the hotel this last time, the staff was more interested in their phones than to the front desk. It was not only the one time that we witnessed it. When we checked in, when we went down for dinner as well as later that night when we went down for swimming and games. Please do better! Your hotel is really nice, the restaurant was great, don't ruin it by having terrible service at your front desk. "

"Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird. Cameras in your face everywhere made it feel like we should be worried about safety. We did not bother with breakfast. We were too scared to see what it would look like. We only stayed for one night on our way to a sports event in Medford. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We received a $25 credit from Expedia for the pool being down. Would not stay here again. "

"The in floor heating was great. We enjoyed the porch swing on the warm day. It was a great location for what we wanted to do. Our only complaint was the double bed. They aren’t really big enough for a couple. The cabin was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The washer and dryer worked great. It is a great cabin for two people."
