« This stay was perfect for our little family. The Black Tupelo had everything we needed and was exceptionally comfortable and cozy. Susan and Patrick were phenomenal hosts. They were kind, thoughtful and welcoming which we very much appreciated. When we return to the area, if we are in need of accommodations, this is definitely where we will choose to stay if it’s available! Highly recommend. »

« Dirty sheet had to get sheets from the office. Breakfast was very minimal yogurt or waffle. »

« This place needs a total overhaul. Please don't let anyone else rent there. The first room I was given was flooded and no bedsheets. The second smelled musty. I was too tired to argue. The property needed painting; some leaks needed repairing; and there was non-working equipment (air conditioners and such) lying in the hallway / stairwells. I would not rent this property to anyone. »

« Front desk gal was very friendly and sweet. Hotel was clean although the remote control for the tv was sticky and we had to clean that. The room was clean, just old and dated. The tv was so tiny we didn’t bother to watch anything. And the ceiling tiles over the shower in the bathroom were stained. Needs a fresh! »

« There were activities for all ages. After traveling 12 hours, we could not gain entry. I had to call management to set the code for entry. The interior was clean and welcoming. There was no water on at arrival, however that was addressed within the hour. There were no gargage bags, no toilet paper, no detergent as promised. The outdoor trash can was full upon arrival. These items were addressed by management over the course of 3 days. The outside areas were covered in heavy pollen. We had to...
