Luxeley Hotel and Suites

10/10 Excellent
"I don't usually write reviews, but Luxeley Hotel truly deserves one. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The customer service was exceptional and a special shout-out goes to Tania at the front desk. She is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, provided a tour of the facility and was genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from our very first conversation on the phone and that level of service continued throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-organized and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was in place which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell that pride is taken in maintaining both the property and the overall guest experience. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a great variety of options and quality food that exceeded expectations. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Luxeley is the kind of place for people who appreciate quality, value a quiet environment and respect the property and those around them. Our stay was everything I hoped it would be and more. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Luxeley Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service and a truly relaxing experience. Thank you to Tania and the entire Luxeley team for making our stay such a memorable one."
