The layout worked well for our family, and the home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Our main reason for giving four stars instead of five was cleanliness. While the home was generally fine, it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked upon arrival, and a bit more attention to detail in that area would have made a big difference. That said, it didn’t ruin our stay, and we were still able to enjoy our time there.With a deeper clean between guests, this would easily be a five-star place. The home is extremely well-equipped - you will have plenty of supplies for your stay and a very nice kitchen with wonderful gas stove to prepare meals during your stay. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of extras like towels and sheets if you're staying awhile! For us, having that 2nd bathroom was just great...and both bathrooms are modern and very nicely finished! The fenced yard, surrounds the house, and was fine for our dogs; but I will say that the fence is short so if your canines are escape artists, take that into consideration; also the front fence goes right up to the street sidewalk, so if your dogs take offense to passersby...keep that in mind too! I liked the mostly pea-gravel yard as it was easy to clean up after our animals. We were there during a cold, rainy and pretty messy week, but the back covered seating area looked very inviting for warmer weather. We really enjoyed our week-long stay and would definitely consider booking this place again!! ##### Rhonda D.
