Overall good hotel - excellent location
Nice hotel with excellent location near centre of town - handy for all major attractions Car parking is all "valet based" but this worked fine for us

The property was amazing, very classy and cozy inside. Staff especially the bartenders were fantastic. The only downside is the bed was a bit hard for our taste. Other than that would definitely stay again if in Malaga.

Great location. Very nice boutique hotel, with charming courtyard. Room very nice, and comfortable bed. Two things we didn't like: 1) Bathroom window overlooked the courtyard, and there was an area at bottom of window with clear glass that could be seen into by courtyard. 2) Bartender overseeing courtyard had terrible service; never once checked on us, we had to go up to the bar to get drinks each time, and there were only 2 other couples in the courtyard. All other staff very pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful room on top floor with own roof terrace. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. Perfectly positioned. Very quiet. Lovely food and staff.

Great find
This was a fabulous hotel. Great staff and rooms well appointed and very comfortable. The garden restaurant was fabulous and menu and food amazing. Can't wait to go back

Great hotel
Loved this hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. It's a couple of blocks off the beaten path so it's quiet. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again

Grewt hotel
The room was beautiful and clean, as was the hotel in general. Off site parking is expensive but you are in the middle of the city so to be expected. Over all very happy with our stay.

Hotel is short walk to old town (Granada Cathedral) and many dining options. Rooms are large and well maintained. Hotel has nice garden area with fountains for dining. AC little weak so room was warm (August).

Beware the see-through toilet doors!
Very pleasant. Exceptionally clean and the Reception staff were extremely helpful. We thought the bottle of wine on the table in our room was a welcome to the Hotel which we thought was a lovely touch so it was disappointing to find a 10 Euro label attached. We resisted. Be aware the toilet and shower doors are partially opaque glass - which obviously also means partially transparent! A novel experience and a little disconcerting to say the least - it is difficult to imagine anyone wanting to be seen behind the toilet door! It left us with a feeling that we had no privacy. It was unexpected and uncomfortable to have to make arrangements for the one person to sit with their back to the toilet door when the other needs to use the toilet. Not what I would expect of a 4 star Hotel. The spa and sauna were a real treat but we had not expected to be charged extra as paying guests - although when we checked it is stated in the Hotel information that it is extra so no complaints about that. The restaurant however was really top class and we felt thoroughly spoiled.

Clean and pleasant property. Front desk staff are nice and very helpful. Breakfast not upto the mark, could have been better. Breakfast items all were mostly packaged items and no freshly prepared items.

Great location but shame roof terrace was shut
Very nice hotel but disappointed to find the roof terrace shut, which was the main reason we picked it. We weren’t even informed we went up to find a notice on the door. The rooms are very pleasant with comfy beds and good shower, the only thing needing attention is the carpet which looked tired. The communal areas are lovely and the hotel has a refined ambiance to it. Great location too.

Great staff. The rooms were nice but a bit tatty around the edges. Needed new carpet, air con didn’t work, chipped desk etc. Overall pleasant and a comfortable , huge bed. Nice balcony too.

The Worst Hotel Ever :(
Hi all, This is my first review of my hotel booking. I was very disappointed about Hotel Villa Oniria. I booked the hotel more than two months ago but when I arrived to check in I was shocked to find out that the hotel did not have a room for me. As per the concierge, the property was fully booked three months ago but they overbooked the rooms. So they sent me to a different building which they claimed to be "the same hotel". Instead, it was a totally different hotel with a different name. I found it appalling that they knew 3 months ago but only informed us at when we arrived without any apologies and they unprofessionally lied to customers to hide their mistake. This issue also could not be raised to the manager, because they claimed that they had no manager until next month. In the end, we had to call Hotels.com to problem-solve this issue and this whole process took 2 hours of our precious Christmas holiday.

Good central hotel with excellent bedrooms
The bedrooms are well thought out, extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. It is centrally placed, but very quiet. The staff are unobtrusive and excellent. It is easy to get to all the sights in this fascinating city.
