« Fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. 5 stars »

« Everything was as expected…great location.. Close to plenty of choices for food and beverages..comfortable beds. The “street” noise of a couple of cars /motorcycles was a bit excessive. But that can’t be controlled by host..and was also a warning on listing.Overall great place..! »

« Just an fyi this place is literally 400 sqft. If your in the "guest" room/closet . You have to go through the other bedroom while people are sleeping to use the rest room. And there is a tenant upstairs who's extremely loud or there is a pack of elephants rooming up there. Bring a golf cart or side by side to get to water because it's a hike down steep gravel road to water. This place is located below another occupancy and have to walk down stairs to get to. Cute place if ya don't mind the noise...

« Very communicative and accommodating »

« Very dirty with hairs on the floor and food crumbs in the couch. Stains all over the furniture. No remote for the TV, and despite multiple requests, owner refused to provide one during our week long stay so we had no TV the entire time! The kitchen sink was so clogged that we had to wash dishes in the bathroom. A/C was locked on FREEZING and there was no way to adjust temperature in order to be comfortable. Bed was beyond awful- mattress is so old that we both rolled into the middle and...

« We had an excellent stay in this very comfortable loft. The location was perfectly situated in a cool area of Knoxville - walkable to so many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. We also had a great loop run through campus and along the river. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very communicative. The parking lot was close, unfortunately the code did not work for us so we paid for parking the whole trip but it was easy to find parking nearby. We would definitely stay here again! »

« I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town. It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer. But everything looked care for and in working order. The kitchen had everything you needed. I loved that the bedroom and the living room had a tv with many channels and apps. The balcony...

« Good stay »

« Location was great. It was very good for what we needed. »

« The location is PERFECT! I love how we could simply go downstairs and have access to amazing restaurants and super cute boutiques for shopping. We met the cleaner and she was so kind. The owners were very quick with responding to any questions I had and very accommodating to our needs. My only feedback that future renters should be aware of is that it can be loud first thing in the morning and late at night depending on what is going on in the Market Square. Thankfully, the owners left plenty...

« We loved the loft! It was beautiful. Loved the tall windows. In fact, we were treated to fireworks Friday and Saturday night. Not sure why but we enjoyed it. Everything was clean and beautifully kept. Would definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Knoxville. I messaged the host a couple of times. He responded quickly. Parking was easy and nearby at the Jackson lot. It was a perfect weekend. Thank you! »

« This was the perfect spot for a weekend in Knoxville. Close to everything and Missy was the prefect host. »

« This place was awesome! Perfect location. Close to campus, really cozy, and a great vibe overall! »
