« No customer service. We had several issues- some quite serious, and it took 3 days ( we only stayed 5) to get any of them addressed. It was obvious our business was not important. I’ve requested a refund, but have yet to hear back. I would not stay here. If I could give 0 stars, I would! »

« Absolutely beautiful home! Lots of room for everyone. The view was incredible. I was worried the beds may be uncomfortable (theres no sleep like home!) But they were so dreamy, no issues at all. There was so much to do at the house for all of us! We brought some board games but the house was stocked with plenty. Our first day we caught some fish but no luck after that. « Very easy process with great host interaction. The cabin is extremely clean and easy to access. It feels secluded, yet it’s close to so many attractions. It’s very near the Deep Creek trailhead and waterfalls, and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad is a must-do. We will definitely stay here again »
