"Stayed one night with wife and three kids for a baseball tourney in town. Had booked a two queen deluxe room because it said it had a couch. When we checked in we just had two queens and no couch. Was told by front desk that deluxe could also mean a balcony and they didn’t have any other rooms open with a couch, so my 10 yr old slept on the floor that night."
