Le 9 octobre à 19 heures nous sommes montés dans l’ascenseur devant elle .. elle ne s’est pas rendu compte de notre présence malgré nos salutations … l’enregistrement ne s’est pas bien passé , j’ai passé 6 fois ma carte de crédit , la validation s’est faite à chaque fois mais pas possibilité d’acceptation par l’établissement (?) , la réceptionniste Ashley n’a pas réussi à nous enregistrer et sans explication nous a diriger vers un monsieur très poli et patient , merci à lui . Pour résumer , un superbe hôtel , grand , propre, fonctionnel , bien placé , un parking gratuit très apprécié , je remercie le réceptionniste teint en blond , j’ai oublié son prénom .. et une manager de ce matin polie et souriante ( le 10 octobre à 8 heures AM ) .
