"The A,/C worked great. The adjacent room had the possibility of a family shared type room, (corner, 3rd floor);however the walls were extremely thin, and every word could be heard. "

The housekeeping staff never cleaned our room or made our bed during our stay, just refreshed the towels and removed the trash. Breakfast was all cold offerings, but in hindsight, was safer not to eat anything prepared in this dirty hotel environment."

"Fountain Park Hotel is in the perfect location in Fountain Hills. It's right across the street from Fountain Park. There are a lot of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has ample parking, was clean, two elevators, and offered breakfast each morning. While the breakfast isn't hot foods, there was a variety of microwavable sandwiches and a burrito option. The room we had was also spacious and clean. "
