« Clean, cozy, relaxing vibes »

« House was perfect for us. We had an anniversary lunch about 20 minutes away. Had everything we needed for 5 adults. Work still being done on house, but it was fine »

« This house was very clean and spacious! Having access to the river makes this place very special. The host was very communicative and response to requests if needed. I was very happy with my stay at this Tri-State property. It's very easy to get to and the directions are very clear. »

« We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly. The house has cooking supplies, utensils, plates and even coffee there but you need to bring a...

« Unfortunately, it seemed that the property had not been accessed for a while. The screen door to the porch was jammed and couldn't be opened to get to the front door. Winter supplies were propped against it. The shed had multiple broken window panels and the side door padlock was also inaccessible and I could see broken blinds. The host company doesn't have after hours support so there was no option to access the house. »

« Most disgusting place I've ever attempted to stay at, we did not stay. Stay FAR FAR away! BUGS EVERYWHERE every single corner, bed was filthy, back deck was atrocious »

« easy to get to and a nice neighborhood. have to where sleepers in the house and throw your toilet paper in a trash can not in the toilette. »

« Great communication, location/scenery was gorgeous »

« Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. »

« Top notch »

« Great place, but you can hear red everything going on outside your room with the restaurant downstairs and other people in the common area. But I’d definitely come back here »

« Communication was very prompt. The supplies in the kitchen, salt, pepper, butter, ketchup, paper products, etc., were wonderful. Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room. Would stay here again. »

« We stayed only one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to book this home. »

« It was the perfect weekend getaway near the lake! The Hot tub was a bonus! »

« From the pictures it looks really nice and clean overlooking a lake. When I arrived there I saw high grass and weeds everywhere. You could not even walk down to the lake because the landscaping is so bad. The bathtub was peeled and the black grout looked dirty. There was no a/c in the two bedrooms but only a unit in the master.I found the furniture not comfortable. When we came back from dinner the gardeners were there mowing. Also, there is poison ivy growing up from the deck next to the...

« We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented. »

« Everything was great, especially the space way downstairs for our 2 dogs. Hosts responsive--we booked the night BEFORE! INCREDIBLE that they left us bagels, OJ, milk, cereal, pancake mix, syrup, etc! Loved it! »
