« Arrived very late, we thought we would struggle to both check in process but instructions given prior were very simple, the apartment was very clean modern tidy, very good location . The bed was comfortable we had a little kitchen and all that’s needed but we didn’t get to use the facility. »

« Struttura vicina al centro e ben organizzata. Camere pulite e ben sistemate, un po' piccole, ma tutto sommato funzionali al tipo di vacanza. La colazione non proprio abbondante per quello che noi italiani mangiamo a colazione: niente cornetti, latte caldo, caffè espresso, torte, yogurt... »

« The property was very clean and very secure. Having the full kitchen available was very convenient, particularly since the refrigerator was very cold, which I have discovered is relatively rare while traveling in Poland:-) the immediate area is not very walkable as far as having access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but Ubers and taxis are very inexpensive and we have no issues getting around. »

« Only one issue.
When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00.
When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. Luckily we had planned to leave at 09:00 but can be an issue to some. »

« Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...
