« Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique...

« The room and bathroom were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having dedicated parking too. We didn’t realize that since it was end of their season, many spots were closed or only open certain days. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Benjamin! »

« Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level. So yes, it's slightly awkward to walk out of your room directly into the dining room where people may...

« We have a wonderful time at the house. Very awesome location directly across from Two Goats Brewing and there are so many wineriesand breweries minutes away. Lovely view of Lake Seneca. House was clean and just as described. The only thing I would wish to mention to the owner is the mattress in the main bedroom was overly saggy in the middle and uncomfortable for both me and husband. We would return here in a heartbeat but would bring our own air mattresses next time. I highly suggest...
