« 1h d'attente pour le chek in pour se faire dire que nos 2 chambres ne sont pas prêtes et on a voulu nous tasser pour donner des chambres prêtes à d'autres clients .....J'ai refusé....Je leur ai demandé de nous attribuer des chambres même s'il n'était pas prêtes et qu'on attendrait dans le corridor.....Hôtel pas préparé pour ce gros week end de course qui arrive à chaque année à la même date....Une seule personne pour les chek in alors qu'une 2e personne est derrière le comptoir !!!!! Des heures...

« Very cute place, nicely decorated. Very clean except couch was sandy so was the bed. We stayed in #9. The porch is unsafe. Very small you can step off the side or front on either side of steps, if you are not careful. You cannot see the lake from #9. You can walk out down a small sidewalk, onto the sand, then down to the lake. Very peaceful by the water. #9 is close to the main road US23. With the door open and screen closed. The traffic was loud. If I stay again I will ask for front place...

« When we picked this it was because we thought the alien were cool. When we got there, it was so beautiful. They have everything you could possibly want or need. It's only a few minutes walk to almost every place we went. I have to say that in all the year's I have used abb, they I by far the best!!! »
