Quiet Cottage In The Woods with Hot TubGlenmoore
9.6 sur 10, Exceptionnel, (15 avis)
« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage gave our family plenty of room to relax and unwind, far more than we would have had in a hotel. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, and the host's communication was outstanding. The location is a little secluded, but that's part of its charm. The scenery is beautiful, and the peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway. »

« I came down in the morning at 8 am, and:
THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE!
THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES!
THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS!
THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS!
PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!!
ELEVATOR:
MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR!
Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine.
BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND
**IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

« J’ai demandé pour annuler et je n’ai pas de nouvelles. Je suis très déçue de ne pas avoir eu aucune aide. L’hôtel m’a référé à Expédia et l’agent n’a pas voulu m’aider.
Pas de nouvelles d’Expedia non plus :-( »

« Neat place. Our room was great, comfy bed. We were looking forward to having dinner at the restaurant downstairs that was hosting a nice band but we had to leave earlier than planned so missed out. Some friends went though, and had a good time. A very nice continental breakfast was set up for us to take back to our rooms - nice and fresh. The staff, in particular, the owners, were extremely nice and very accommodating to our needs (empathetic to our reason for leaving early).
We look forward...
