We were able to do day trips from there such as The Ring of Kerry and Kinsale. Jer was an attentive host. We definitely recommend Bar Cillatah!"

"Our week’s stay at the cottage was very pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sheep and the scenery from the cottage was beautiful. We had difficulty finding the cottage as there are no road names and after an overnight flight from Toronto and then a four hour drive from Dublin the directions didn’t work on our phone. With some relief we finally spotted it and arrived."

"Janet left us delicious honey and eggs from Eamon’s and her farm, much appreciated, and a good supply of peat for the 2 fireplaces (which we didn’t need). The “cottage” is a 3 bedroom house, and was very clean and well supplied. Enjoyed some breakfasts on the sunny mornings outside. We enjoyed fishing and walking at Fermoyle Beach, and walks in to Loch Duin, Brandon Point and Glanteenassig Forest. Ireland is lush, and spectacularly beautiful. I hope to return."

The place was a little difficult for us to find using the Sat Nav system on our rental car but we made it.
