« When we got to the room, we noticed an odd smell. We had a long day so we started getting ready for bed. We noticed that the bedside tables were dirty on the surface and dozens of small ants crawling on the wall and near the baseboard by the window. I called and complained and they did get us moved to another room. That room was better but the bedside tables were still not very clean. We turned the air conditioner on and went to bed. « Checked in around 1030pm. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Received a room on the second floor, there is no elevator which was fine for me. The hallway did have a very strong smell of cigarettes, but the room did not. Room was clean. Bed is firm. Overall no complaints. Did not get the continental breakfast which is served from 6am-9am, and did not go to the pool. Quiet location not far from the freeway. »
