"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "Sehr schönes Hotel, in ruhiger Lage! Leider war das Restaurant bei unserem Aufenthalt geschlossen, sonst hätten wir dort gerne gegessen, weil die ganze Anlage sehr schön ist. In wenigen Autominuten sind aber sehr entzückende Orte und tolle Restaurants erreichbar. Frühstück war toll, Wellness und Schwimmbad leider nur gegen Aufpreis für 2h buchbar."

"The personal was great, the location is close to the bus that takes you straight to Venice. But you need to be prepared cause the check in is late, there are not late restaurants around or places to buy food. "
